Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Direct answers about reservations, verification, visa-document requirements, and service support.

What is a dummy ticket?+

It is a temporary flight reservation showing proposed travel details and a booking reference or PNR. It is not an issued airline ticket.

Is a dummy ticket fake?+

No. The term commonly describes a genuine temporary flight reservation. It should never be altered, forged, or presented as an issued ticket.

Can a dummy ticket be used for travel?+

No. A temporary reservation cannot be used for boarding. Travel requires a valid issued airline ticket and compliance with airline, immigration, and entry requirements.

What is a PNR?+

A PNR is a booking reference associated with reservation details in an airline or reservation system. It does not by itself prove that the fare was paid or an e-ticket was issued.

Is a reservation the same as an e-ticket?+

No. A reservation records proposed booking details, while an issued e-ticket normally follows payment and includes an e-ticket number. Their status and travel use are different.

Does every visa require a flight reservation?+

No. Requirements vary by destination, visa category, nationality, and application location. Check the current official embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or authorised visa-centre checklist for your case.

Does a flight reservation guarantee visa approval?+

No. Only the responsible authority decides a visa application, and no reservation or supporting document can guarantee approval.

How long can a temporary reservation remain valid?+

There is no universal period. It may remain active for hours or days depending on airline inventory, fare rules, ticketing deadlines, booking channels, and provider processes.

How can a PNR or reservation be checked?+

Use the relevant airline website or reservation-system portal when available, with the booking reference and passenger details. Not every booking appears in every tool, and the display can change as the reservation status changes.

When should a reservation be ordered?+

First confirm the current official checklist and submission timing. Because reservations are temporary, avoid ordering so early that the booking may expire before it is reviewed.

Where are paid services completed?+

Paid services reached through disclosed referral links are completed on FlyingHelpline.com. DummyTicket.live does not operate a checkout or collect passport or payment-card details.

Who handles order support and refunds?+

FlyingHelpline handles support, corrections, cancellations, and refund requests for orders placed through its website under its current policies. DummyTicket.live cannot access or resolve those orders.
